By using this Website and agreeing to these T&Cs, you consent to Daly Dog Care’s use of cookies in accordance with the terms of Daly Dog Care’s Privacy Policy.
Please read these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy carefully. Once you enlist Daly Dog Care for any of their services or use the Website "dalydogcare.co.uk", you are agreeing to the T&Cs outlined below and the Privacy Policy listed on the sub-page, therefore, we recommend you keep a copy of them for your own reference.

Your use of this Website is subject to the following T&Cs and the accompanying Privacy Policy. These T&Cs and accompanying Privacy Policy may be changed by us from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated T&Cs and Privacy Policy on this Website. If you are a regular client of Daly Dog Care, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any changes, but you are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest T&Cs and Privacy Policy. Continuing to use the Website and the services we provide, represents your agreement to be bound by the T&Cs and Privacy Policy and any updated amendments.

Unless otherwise stated, Daly Dog Care and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Website and material on the Website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

If Daly Dog Care provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this Website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. Daly Dog Care may disable your user ID and password, by their discretion, without notice or explanation.
Liability
This service is provided in good faith by Daly Dog Care. No liability can be accepted for loss or expense as a result of using this Website. By using the Website you agree that in no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of business or profits or any other financial loss, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Website, under any law or on any basis whatsoever whether contractual or otherwise. While we will endeavour to moderate the Website to remove all objectionable content, we will not be responsible for the quality, accuracy or fitness of the material and will not be responsible for any errors, viruses, incompatible software or interruption in service.
Indemnity
You agree to release, indemnify and keep indemnified us from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses) losses, proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands suffered or incurred by us to any person arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Jurisdiction
The T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from matters relating to the Website shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Copyright and intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property in the content of this Website is the property of Daly Dog Care and is protected under UK law and under international conventions and similar laws abroad. You are not permitted to use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce the name and logo of Daly Dog Care for any reason without our express written permission.
You will not copy, download, reproduce, republish, broadcast or transmit in any manner whatsoever, any material on the Website except as is strictly necessary for your own personal non-commercial and home use. You acknowledge that by posting materials on this Website you grant to us royalty free, perpetual and irrevocable worldwide license to use the materials both within the Website and in any other manner.
All photographs on the Website are bought and licensed through Adobe and are for the sole use of Daly Dog Care. Copying, downloading, reproduction or republication is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition
You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post on the Daly Dog Care Website, Twitter Feed or Facebook page, nor any activity or communication you make through the Website or social media sites, will be capable of:

Responsibility for minors
This site is intended for persons aged 16 or over.
Subscriptions
Advertisers and marketing companies do not have access to the Website. They may not post advertisements.
Subscription to the Daly Dog Care Website Newsletter, Facebook Page and Twitter feed is free of charge.
All information provided to us must be complete and accurate. If your information changes you will be responsible for providing us with the updated information. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or consequences as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information we receive from you.
Member contact and services
You agree that when you subscribe to the Daly Dog Care Facebook page and Twitter feed, you are agreeing to all other members to be able to contact you via this media. You will also be able to contact other members by this media, so you also agree that you will not use the contact system to send junk mail, spam, offensive messages, or for any purpose other than those directly related to dog walking and day care. Daly Dog Care will be the sole judge of any breach of conditions. Any breach of these conditions can result in your membership being terminated and a permanent ban from the site. No refund will be given if you have breached the conditions of use. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not post your personal information (such as addresses and telephone numbers) on the Website or social media.
By signing up for the Daly Dog Care Walking service and the Daly Dog Care Day Care Service, you are giving Daly Dog Care permission for photographs and videos of your dog/s to be uploaded to the Website, the Facebook page and Twitter feed. Should you not wish your dog/s’ photographs and videos to be used in this way, you must notify Daly Dog Care in writing at the time of employing their services.
At no time, will Daly Dog Care post photographs of the exterior or interior of your property, should you employ the Daly Dog Care Housesitting services or any other services which may take place on or in your property without prior written permission.
Daly Dog Care will provide photographs, videos and walk information via the Facebook and Twitter feed. As a client you have permission to view or download these for your personal use. If you wish to have these emailed to you please request this via email and you will have to pay a small admin fee of £10.00 per week for this service.
All the services you employ Daly Dog Care for will be kept strictly private and confidential (other than pictures and videos of walks and day care which will be posted on social media). Daly Dog Care may ask you from time to time to write a reference or testimonial for the services you use. You are not in any way obligated to do so and you reserve the right to refuse. Your permission will be granted in writing, before any testimonial or reference is published publically on the Website or social media.
You will expected to provide health and behavioural history of your dog before employing Daly Dog Care for any of their services. You must notify Daly Dog Care of any history of aggressive or unpredictable behaviour. Daly Dog Care is run by an expert in the field of dog behaviour, and a declaration of aggressive behaviour will not necessarily result in a refusal or service, but will allow Daly Dog Care to assess the best service available for the care and safety or your pet and other pets in the care of Daly Dog Care. Any omission of relevant information may result in your membership or service being terminated and a permanent ban from the site and services. No refund will be given if you have failed to declare any relevant information. Under the Public Liability Sub-Section, you may also be held responsible for any costs extended to include liability for accidental death, bodily injury, illness or disease of or to any animal in the care, custody or control of Daly Dog Care (or any animal or member of the public if encountered on a walk) if you fail to provide any information which may have been used to prevent any such incident.
Should you sign up to the Newsletter, we promise not to inundate you with spam email. Daly Dog Care will use your email only and will never pass it on to third parties. You will receive a maximum of one newsletter a week, a minimum of one newsletter a month. We may also email you regarding a change or improvement to your chosen service. We may also email you to notify you of T&C and Privacy Policy changes. Finally we may also email you to notify you of any new members of staff, new services, changes to prices or any other relevant information. This information will be accumulated and collated so that you do not receive an excessive amount of emails. Should you wish to reduce the information you receive or wish to unsubscribe to the newsletter, please contact Lisa Daly on woof@dalydogcare.co.uk.
Insurances
All dog walks will take place within the Waverley Borough. Waverley Borough Council do not currently operate a license for dog walkers.
Public Liability Insurance is provided by Protectivity Insurance. Under the Public Liability Sub-Section, cover is extended to include liability for accidental death, bodily injury, illness or disease of or to any animal in the care, custody or control of Daly Dog Care. It is limited financially to any one animal in respect of any one occurrence. This extension does not apply to include cover for or arising out of or relating to any animal with a pre-existing physical or medical defect, disability or condition. The excess of £50.00 will be payable by the owner of the dog involved, unless Daly Dog Care is held responsible for the incident. This is to be determined at the time of the incident. This policy does not apply to or include cover for or arising out of or relating to animals classified under Dangerous Dogs.
Product Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity and Personal Accident Cover are provided by Protectivity Insurance.
Public and Professional Liability Cover for the Holistic Therapy treatments is provided by Holistic Insurance Services.
Lisa Daly, Antony Harris and any other volunteers or employees of Daly Dog Care are covered by Employers Liability through Protectivity Insurance.
Insurance does not cover the cancellation of any services booked.
Insurance does not cover any accidental death, bodily injury, illness or disease of or to any animal in the care, custody or control of Daly Dog Care, if these relate to Asbestos, Punitive Damages, Radioactive Contamination, Terrorism, War and Cyber.
Payment
Payment for this service is by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Receipts will be provided for cash payments. For your security and convenience we use PayPal as our merchant for credit or debit cards. A £2.00 processing fee will be added to any Paypal/debit/credit card payment. Payment will only be deemed to have been received by us when it is made by cash or has cleared into our PayPal account. If you opt to pay by Paypal e-cheque this can take up to 10 days to clear. Details of our PayPal account will be sent to you upon employment of any of our services. Daly Dog Care would prefer payment by cash or bank transfer if possible.
Daly Dog Care offers bespoke services and the price of this service will be decided by Daly Dog Care and agreed between Daly Dog Care and the client before the service commences.
For casual services, it is expected that you will pay preferably by cash or bank transfer on the same day you receive the service.
For long term bookings or use of services, payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Payment for the whole service should be made either weekly in arrears or monthly in advance.
We reserve the right to increase fees or introduce new prices or charges at any time. Current Members will be notified no less than one calendar month before their next period charge of this change.
Duration
The duration of any of the services offered by Daly Dog Care will be decided and agreed between Daly Dog Care and the client before the service commences. At the end of the service, there will be an opportunity for the client to renew or extend the services before the place is offered to another client. A place can only be held by prior agreement between Daly Dog Care and the client and may incur a small holding fee. Once services have been cancelled by the client, their place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Refunds
You agree that no refund of any fees will be due to you in the event of your terminating the services provided by Daly Dog Care before the end of the agreed duration.
Cancellation
You may cancel booked services at any time. You must cancel your service in writing (by email to woof@dalydogcare.co.uk) no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the next service. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee, which will be half of the agreed fee of the service to be cancelled. Cancellations received with only 24 hours notice or less, prior to the date of the next service, will result in full payment of the agreed fee of the service to be cancelled. Fees paid in advance, will be refunded in full when 48 hours or more, prior to the date of the next service is given. Fees paid in advance, will be refunded by 50% when 25 to 48 hours notice, prior to the date of the next service is given. No refund will be given for fees paid in advance when 24 hours notice or less, prior to the date of the next service is given.
If the payment of any fees by you is not made in accordance with these T&Cs you will be deemed to have requested the termination of future services of Daly Dog Care.
Viruses
Although we take reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses or other destructive materials to our Website we do not guarantee that the service or materials that may be available from our Website do not contain such destructive features. We shall not be liable for any damages or liability attributable to such features. If you use any materials available through this Website you do so entirely at your own risk.
Site access
Access to our site may be interrupted, restricted or delayed from time to time. We will not be liable for damages or costs in these circumstances.
General
If any of these terms, conditions or clauses is found to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court, the remainder of these T&Cs shall continue to have full force and effect.

Daly Dog Care is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
